  1. PRODUCTION TIME

All pieces will be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days after purchase. The pieces in stock will be shipped in 2-3 days from purchase, Monday through Friday. We reserve the right to extend the time if necessary, with prior notification by email or SMS.

During the month of August the workshop will be closed, so the pieces purchased during this month will be received in September.

  1. PAYMENT

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card: The transaction is performed by connecting directly to the La Caixa through your payment gateway.
  • Paypal: connecting directly to Paypal.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.

  1. SHIPPING

Within the Spanish territory we work by certified mail. The cost of the service is from € 5 (up to 20g) depending on the weight of the piece.

For pieces in stock the shipping time is between 3-4 days.

For pieces made to order or not in stock, the delivery time will be a maximum of 21 days between the realization and the shipment. Paula Waters Jewels is committed to informing the status of the order, both in the process and in the submission.

For intra-Community shipping, the cost of the service by private courier is € 15 in a time of 24-72 hours. After purchase and if the piece is in stock. For standard courier (certified mail), the price is € 10 with an estimated delivery time of 10 days. For custom parts or not in stock, the time will be 21 calendar days between delivery and shipment. Paula Waters Jewels is committed to informing the status of the order, both in the process and in the submission.

For non-EU shipments the cost of the service by private courier is € 42 in a time of 24-72 hours. For standard courier (Certified Mail) the price is 12 € in a delivery time of up to three weeks. For pieces made to order or not in stock Paula Waters Jewels undertakes to inform the status of the order, both during the process and the shipment.

For urgent items and that we have in stock you can contact us, in order to offer as much as possible an express mail.

All shipments will be made from Monday to Friday. Orders made on Friday or the eve of public holidays will be made the next business day.

  1. RETURNS AND CHANGES

Returns of damaged items during shipping, will be accepted as long as it is notified within 5 days of receipt, to be replaced by the same purchased item.

Changes to non-prejudiced items are offered on request under specifically agreed upon conditions. All items must be returned to the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase, to be accepted for return and / or change.

Items with manufacturing defects or defects will be repaired or replaced with another, whether it is a repair or a replacement, it will be decided based on the circumstances and under the specifically agreed conditions.
